Trim in small steps — a cut cannot be undone, and an insole cut too short slides forward inside the shoe.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eUse one insole per shoe.\u003c\/strong\u003e Do not stack these on top of the insole already in there: it tightens the shoe and a tight shoe causes blisters.
