RunOrFit Flex Belt

Safety warnings
- The reflective strip is a visibility aid, not safety apparel. It works when a driver's headlights fall directly on it. It is not certified high-visibility clothing and does not meet AS/NZS 1906.4 or any equivalent standard. In the dark, use lights and bright clothing as well.
- Do not over-fill the pocket. It is sized for a phone, keys, cards and a gel. Forcing the zip past its capacity is what splits a seam.
- Check the buckle before every run. Replace the belt if the buckle is cracked or no longer clicks firmly shut.
- Not waterproof. The fabric is woven nylon and the zip is not sealed. It will resist light rain and sweat; it will not keep a phone dry in heavy rain or if submerged.
- Wear it on the waist or hips only. Never place the strap around a neck, and keep it away from babies and children.
- Keep packaging and plastic wrapping away from children — risk of suffocation.
Care
Rinse in cold water and wipe with mild soap after salty or sweaty use. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, iron or dry clean. Air dry fully, away from direct heat, with the zip open. Heat and machine agitation are what destroy the elastic and lift the reflective strip.

What is in the box

These are not a medical device
These are comfort and cushioning insoles. They are not orthotics, they are not custom made, they are not prescribed, and they are not a medical device. We do not claim that they diagnose, treat, cure or prevent plantar fasciitis, flat feet, overpronation or any other condition.
If you have persistent foot pain, diabetes, reduced sensation in your feet, circulatory problems or a diagnosed foot condition, speak to a podiatrist or your doctor before changing what is inside your shoes.
How to fit them
- Take the existing insole out of your shoe and lay it on top of the new one, heels aligned.
- Cut along the trim line closest to your size. Cut less than you think — you can always trim again.
- Fit the new insole into the shoe, heel first, and press it flat.
Trim in small steps. An insole cut too short slides forward inside the shoe, and a cut cannot be undone.
Safety warnings
- Stop using them if they cause pain, rubbing, numbness or a blister, and speak to a podiatrist if the problem continues.
- Give yourself a few days to adapt. Anything new under your foot changes how your shoe fits. Start with short wear and build up.
- Use one insole per shoe. Never stack these on top of an existing insole — it tightens the shoe, and a tight shoe causes blisters and nail damage.
- Check the fit of the shoe afterwards. If your toes now press against the end, the shoe is too small with the insole in it.
- Scissors are used to fit this product. Cutting is an adult job. Keep insoles, packaging and plastic wrapping away from children.
- Replace them when the foam stops springing back. EVA compresses with use; once it stays flat it is no longer cushioning anything.
Care
Remove and air after long or sweaty use. Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap; do not machine wash, do not tumble dry and do not dry on a radiator or in direct sun — heat permanently deforms EVA. Let them dry completely before putting them back in a shoe.
Reporting a safety concern
If you believe either product has a safety defect, stop using it and email hello@runorfit.com with your order number and photographs. We investigate every report and will contact the manufacturer where necessary. You can also report product safety concerns to the ACCC at productsafety.gov.au.
Your consumer guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
