Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in Australia only. Australia is the only country available at checkout, and orders cannot be placed for delivery anywhere else.
Where goods ship from
Products are dispatched directly from our supplier's warehouse in China to your address in Australia. We say this openly because you deserve to know it before you buy, not after: it is why delivery takes longer than a domestic Australian retailer, and it is reflected in the delivery windows published in our Shipping Policy.
Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in Australian dollars. The price shown at checkout is the full amount you pay. We are not registered for Australian GST, so no GST is charged and none is shown on your receipt. Goods imported into Australia with a customs value under A$1,000 are not subject to import duty, so there is nothing further to pay on delivery.
Product information
We keep descriptions, dimensions and materials as accurate as the information available to us allows. Photographs are indicative: colours can look different on different screens. Where a specification matters to your purchase — a waist measurement, a shoe size range — rely on the written figure rather than on an image.
No health or medical claims
Our insoles are comfort and cushioning products. They are not medical devices, they are not orthotics, and nothing on this site should be read as a claim to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. If you have foot pain, diabetes, circulatory problems or a diagnosed foot condition, speak to a podiatrist or your doctor before changing your footwear setup.

If something has gone wrong, write to hello@runorfit.com with your order number. We would much rather hear about a problem and fix it than have you leave unhappy.
