How long does delivery take?
Allow approximately 7–17 business days from order to delivery, including 1–3 business days for processing. Check each product page for its specific estimate. Remote areas, customs and carrier delays may take longer. If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, we resend it or refund you in full, at your choice.
Where do you ship from?
Orders are dispatched from our supplier’s warehouse in China directly to your address in Australia. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
What does shipping cost?
Nothing. Standard delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend, no handling fee and no surcharge. Any applicable taxes are shown before payment.
Will I be charged duty or GST on delivery?
Standard delivery is free across Australia. Goods with a customs value of A$1,000 or less generally incur no duties, taxes or charges at the Australian border. Consignments above A$1,000 may incur import taxes and clearance charges. Any taxes charged at checkout are shown before payment. If a carrier requests an unexpected payment, contact hello@runorfit.com before paying.
Which insole size do I need?
Two sizes: EU 35–40 and EU 41–45, both trimmable along the printed lines at the toe. If you are unsure, email us your usual shoe size before you order and we will tell you which one we would send you.
Will the belt fit me?
The strap is adjustable and sits flat against the body. Email us the waist measurement you need it to sit at and we will confirm before you buy. Product dimensions and fit guidance are listed on each product page.
Can I return something if I change my mind?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in resaleable condition; return postage for a change of mind is at your cost. Insoles are a hygiene item, so they can only come back if they have not been worn in a shoe.
What if the item is faulty or not as described?
Please contact us so we can help. We cover the return postage, and where the failure is major you choose between a replacement and a full refund. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law; nothing in our policies limits those rights.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier. It can take 3–5 days to show its first scan and can sit unchanged for several days in international transit. Both are normal. Full instructions are on our Track your order page.
Are the insoles orthotics?
No. They are comfort and cushioning products. They are not medical devices, not custom orthotics, and we make no claim that they diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have a diagnosed foot condition, speak to a podiatrist before changing your footwear setup.
