1. Who these terms are with
This store is operated by RunOrFit, a sole trader business at Viale Croce Rossa 25, 90144 Palermo, Italy. These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from it. Our full registered trading details are provided in writing on request.
2. Where we sell
We sell and deliver to Australia only. Australia is the only country available at checkout.
3. Products
Key characteristics, dimensions, materials, price and safety information are shown on each product page and on our Product Safety page. Photographs are illustrative and colours can vary between screens; where a detail matters, rely on the written specification.
Our insoles are comfort and cushioning products, not medical devices and not custom orthotics. We make no claim that they diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
The reflective strip on our belt improves how visible you are to a driver whose headlights fall on it. It is a visibility aid, not certified high-visibility safety apparel, and it is not a substitute for lights, bright clothing or running where you can be seen.
4. Orders and when the contract forms
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. If a product turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will tell you promptly and refund you in full.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars and include everything you pay. Shipping is free. We are not registered for Australian GST, so no GST is charged. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. You must be authorised to use the payment method you select.
6. Delivery
Dispatch times, delivery windows, tracking and the handling of delayed or missing parcels are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Returns and refunds
Change-of-mind returns, the hygiene rule for insoles, faulty goods, refund timing and cancellations are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Consumer guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under that law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Safe use
Use each product only as described on its product page and on our Product Safety page. Keep packaging and plastic wrapping away from children — risk of suffocation. Stop using a product and contact us if it causes pain, rubbing or irritation.
10. Intellectual property
Text, graphics, trademarks and site content belonging to RunOrFit or its licensors may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without permission, except as the law allows.
11. Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Where events outside our reasonable control cause delay, we will keep you informed and apply the remedies the law provides.
12. Personal information
How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. This does not deprive you, as a consumer resident in Australia, of the protection of the Australian Consumer Law or of any other mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live.
14. Changes
We may update these terms to reflect legal or operational changes. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
