About RunOrFit

RunOrFit sells running gear for people who actually run — not gym-brand crossovers, not fashion activewear. Belts that do not bounce. Insoles that hold up past the first fortnight. A short range, chosen for what it does on the road, not for how many SKUs we can list.

What we are

We are a small online-only store run by a sole trader based in Palermo, Italy, selling to customers in Australia. There is no warehouse in Sydney, no showroom, no call centre. There is a short product range, an email address that a person reads, and prices that are not inflated to survive a permanent discount.

How the products reach you

Orders are dispatched from our supplier's warehouse in China directly to your address in Australia. That is why delivery takes 7–15 business days rather than two, and it is why the price is what it is. We publish this on the product page, in our Shipping Policy and in our Legal notice, because you deserve to know it before you buy, not after.

What we will not do is print “Australian owned” on a site run from Italy, or promise next-day delivery we cannot make.

What we will not claim

We do not publish review counts we do not have. We do not show a crossed-out “was” price for an amount nobody was ever charged. Our insoles are comfort and cushioning products — they are not medical devices, not orthotics, and we make no claim that they treat any condition.

Those three sentences cost us conversions. We would rather lose the sale than earn it that way.

What you get instead

Free tracked shipping on every order, no minimum spend.
30 days to change your mind — which Australian law does not require online sellers to offer, and which we offer anyway.
Faulty, damaged, wrong or not as described: we pay the return postage, and where the failure is major you choose between a replacement and a full refund.
A reply to every email within 2 business days.

Ask before you buy

Send your shoe size for the insoles, or the waist measurement you need the belt to sit at, to hello@runorfit.com. We will tell you which option we would send you — before you order, not after. We would much rather answer that question than process a return.
