A moulded EVA insole with a brushed black top cover, a raised heel cup and a cushioned pad set under the heel. The foam is perforated so air moves through it rather than sitting under your foot, and trim lines are moulded into the underside so you can cut it down to your exact size.

These are comfort insoles, not orthotics

They are not a medical device, not custom made and not prescribed. We make no claim that they diagnose, treat, cure or prevent plantar fasciitis, flat feet, overpronation or any other condition, and we would be wary of anyone selling a A$60 insole who does.

If you have persistent foot pain, diabetes, reduced sensation in your feet or a diagnosed foot condition, talk to a podiatrist before changing what is inside your shoes.

How to fit them

Take the existing insole out of your shoe, lay it on top of the new one with the heels aligned, then cut along the trim line closest to your size. Trim in small steps — a cut cannot be undone, and an insole cut too short slides forward inside the shoe.

Use one insole per shoe. Do not stack these on top of the insole already in there: it tightens the shoe and a tight shoe causes blisters. Give yourself a few days to get used to them, and stop using them if they cause pain or rubbing.

Delivery and returns

Free tracked shipping across Australia, with no minimum spend. Processing takes 1–3 business days and transit normally takes 6–12 business days, so most orders arrive within 7–15 business days of ordering. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, we resend it or refund you in full, at your choice.

Insoles are a hygiene item: we can accept a change-of-mind return only if they have not been worn in a shoe. Holding them against your existing insole to check the size does not count as wearing them. This does not affect your rights if they arrive faulty.
